2026-01-19 Good morning. I need to speak plainly to you today about what I have been sensing over the last week — a heaviness, a nausea that would not leave. It is not my personal anxiety. It is the felt condition of the body of Christ across our nations. I believe there is a spirit of death hovering over this land, and God is calling a remnant to wake up, to prepare, and to push back in prayer and righteous action.
What I have been feeling and why it matters
Over the last several days I sat in that heaviness and asked the Lord what to do. He said, “Go back. Get your house in order. Spend more time with me.” That message is for each one of us. We are being warned because a season of intense spiritual and natural shaking is imminent. Leaders will be removed, sudden deaths will rise, and there will be attempts to use weapons and tactics that shut down systems and bring nations to a halt. This is not meant to terrify you; it is meant to prepare you.
Signs in the nations and the spiritual pattern
We see political and economic moves that form alliances of iron and clay — efforts to replace longstanding partnerships and to collapse industries so that foreign powers can fill the void. When economies are deliberately weakened, spiritual death follows. The Bible shows us that empires form and fall and that God alone sets the course of nations. We are not without hope. The shaking we are promised in Scripture clears out the rotten structure so that God can establish what endures.
Practical signs to watch
- Political alliances forming that undermine trusted partners.
- Economic collapse of manufacturing and pipelines while cheaper goods are imported.
- Exposure of hidden networks, sleeper cells, and corrupt advisors close to national leaders.
- Unusual weather patterns and solar events used as signs and as catalysts for natural disruption.
A twofold response: spiritual preparation and righteous indignation
There are two necessary responses right now. First, spiritual preparation: spend time in God, get your spirit and household in order, cultivate a watchtower posture in prayer, and practice confession that aligns with God’s promises. Second, righteous indignation: we will not tolerate compromise that destroys families, churches, and nations. Politeness and passivity are not always the Christian's answer when evil parades in public life and culture. Call out the deception. Speak truth. Do it in love, but do it with authority.
What spiritual preparation looks like
- Daily time in Scripture and worship. Fortify your heart with God’s promises so fear cannot displace faith.
- Prayer in community. Stand in agreement with others. When a remnant prays, heaven responds.
- Practical readiness without panic. Store a reasonable supply of food and water, but trust God to multiply what you need.
- Apply spiritual protections over your home and family—confess Scripture, pray Psalm 91, and declare the blood of the Lamb over your threshold.
Prophetic confirmations and the urgency of accountability
There are prophetic words surfacing that align with what many are feeling. The message is consistent: a great shaking is coming, and it will expose what has been hidden. Leaders will be removed or exposed; some will die suddenly; political machinations will be revealed. The Lord is calling His people to be awake and to take spiritual responsibility. That includes holding leaders and ministers to a higher standard. When shepherds compromise, they harm the flock. We must not excuse persistent compromise in the name of grace.
Do not be consumed by fear—anchor in truth
Fear is the enemy’s tool. The remedy is twofold: worship and proclamation. Praise displaces panic. Confession establishes tomorrow. Stop rehearsing past wounds or losses and begin to confess the victory of Christ over sickness, over death, and over nations. Speak the promises of Scripture over your family and community. You are the prophet over your house. Your words shape the days ahead.
How to intercede strategically
Your prayers should be targeted and bold. A few practical prayer points you can use now:
- Pray for national leaders to have discernment and protection from wolves in sheep’s clothing.
- Bind sleeper cells and covert networks that intend harm and release exposure and confusion into their plans.
- Declare the Lord’s hedge of protection over homes and families; apply the blood of the Lamb.
- Ask for God to multiply provision for those who lack food or resources during disruption.
- Stand against the spiritual machinery that seeks to steal economic and cultural life from our nations.
A final exhortation: rise as a righteous remnant
God is not finished with our nations. He has reserved a people for himself to bring light, to hold the line, and to prepare the way for the coming kingdom. The present chaos is a birthing pang. If you are being stirred by this word, do not shrink back. Get into God’s presence. Anchor your family. Speak what God has said. When a faithful few refuse to compromise, heaven’s armies respond.
We will see exposure. We will see judgment and justice begin to reorder what has been corrupted. The great and terrible day that shakes the earth will also reveal the unshakable kingdom of Christ. Keep your eyes fixed on Him. Stand firm. Speak boldly. The Lord has promised that He will be our protector, provider, and deliverer.
It's too late to get ready, you need to stay ready. Bring your faith to life: pray, praise, and prepare. Be a part of the remnant that will not be overcome.
