April 27, 2026.
I woke with one message pounding through my spirit like a record stuck in a groove: the winds of change are here, but God’s people must open their mouths and call them forth. Not whisper it. Not think about it. Not agree with it in theory. Call it forth. There is an urgency on this hour, and the burden of it is simple. The church must wake up to the authority God has already given us.
The problem is not a lack of promise. It is a lack of use.
Too many believers know God can do anything, but live as if they themselves have no authority in the earth. That is the disconnect. Scripture does not present humanity as helpless spectators waiting for heaven to fix everything while we endure whatever comes. Scripture presents man and woman as those made in God’s image, placed in the earth with delegated authority.
That is why this matters so much. If you do not believe you have authority, you will never exercise it. If you think speaking to situations, to the land, to the elements, or to impossible circumstances is just religious fantasy, then you will stay silent. And silence is exactly how the enemy likes the church.
God made the earth to serve you, not the other way around
Go back to Genesis 1 and notice the order of creation. God did not create man first and then scramble to figure out how to sustain him. He created light, sky, land, seas, plants, sun, moon, stars, fish, birds, and animals. Then He created humanity.
That order is not accidental.
Everything was prepared first because everything was made to sustain the one and only creature formed in His image and likeness. God made all of creation, then made man and woman and said, in essence, now govern it, subdue it, reign over it.
This is one of the most neglected truths in the body of Christ. We were not made beneath creation as victims of it. We were placed over it as stewards under God.
- The earth was made before you.
- The plants were made before you.
- The animals were made before you.
- The systems of seedtime and harvest were established before you.
- Then God made you and gave you charge.
That means your relationship to creation is not passive. It is meant to be active, vocal, and governing.
Why Psalm 8 matters so much
Psalm 8 asks a question that gets right to the heart of the conflict: “What is man that You are mindful of him?”
That question exposes the outrage of Satan over humanity’s position. Before man appeared in the earth, there was already rebellion over the fact that God would create a being made in His image and likeness and place that being in authority under Himself.
The offense was never merely about power. It was about order.
God’s order is this: God first, then man under God, then the rest of creation (including the angels) beneath that authority. The enemy hates that order because it places redeemed humanity above him. That is why so much of spiritual warfare centers on identity. If he can get you to forget who you are, he can keep you from using what you’ve been given.
And that is exactly what happened in Eden.
The original deception was identity theft
The serpent told Eve that if she ate, she would be “like God.” But that was the lie. She was already made in God’s image and likeness. Adam was already made in God’s image and likeness. The enemy’s strategy was to make them question what God had already said about them.
That strategy has not changed.
Education systems, media systems, political systems, and even religious systems have spent generations beating down the people of God until many no longer think like sons and daughters with authority. They think like managed citizens, intimidated parishioners, or powerless survivors.
But heaven’s declaration has not changed. You were made in God’s image. You were crowned with glory and honor. You were given charge over what He made.
Speaking is not positive thinking. It is part of dominion.
Genesis begins with God speaking. Light came because God said, “Let there be light.” Creation responds to the voice of its Maker. Then God creates man in His image and gives him language, breath, spirit, and authority.
That should tell you something. Your words matter.
This is why the call is so urgent right now: open your mouth. Call forth life. Call forth provision. Call forth justice. Call forth healing. Call forth righteous change. Speak to the earth. Speak to your fields. Speak to your household. Speak to systems that have been captured by evil.
Not because words are magic, but because authority is real.
Throughout Scripture, people acting in faith speak into creation and creation responds:
- Moses calls forth the east wind.
- Joshua commands the sun and moon to stand still.
- Job speaks of God’s storehouses of rain, snow, sleet, and hail.
- Jesus speaks to wind and waves.
The pattern is clear. God governs creation, and He has given His people real authority in the earth under His lordship.
The east wind and the winds of change
When Moses stretched out his hand over the land and the east wind came, it brought devastation into the enemy’s camp. But the one who called it forth was not destroyed by it. The people aligned with God were not consumed by what was released against evil.
That matters in this hour because many people are afraid of upheaval. They want change, but they fear the shaking that often comes with it. Yet the message is this: do not fear the winds of change if they are being called forth in alignment with God’s righteousness.
There are times when God answers prayer not by preserving corrupt systems, but by breaking them.
Why many people never see results
One reason people stop speaking is because they spoke once, saw no immediate change, and concluded nothing happened.
But faith is often stubborn because opposition is stubborn.
If a thing resists you at first, that does not mean authority failed. It often means resistance is real. Scripture says a double-minded person should expect to receive nothing. You cannot speak life one moment and then immediately cancel it with unbelief, fear, complaint, and self-testimony against your own words.
That means this matters on a very practical level:
- Stop constantly saying what you do not want.
- Stop testifying to exhaustion, defeat, and impossibility.
- Stop making agreement with death in your speech.
- Start speaking as one who believes God told the truth.
The principle is simple: what you believe, you will speak. What you speak consistently, you will begin to act on. And what you act on in faith, you will eventually see.
Speak to the earth
This is not abstract theology. It becomes intensely practical.
When planting into the ground, speak to the soil. Command it to produce in your favor. Divorce it from corruption and from every evil assignment against it. Call forth a bumper harvest. If food shortages are threatened, speak to the land. If supply chains are manipulated, speak to the systems of provision. If your household needs breakthrough, do not merely worry about lack. Address it.
The earth is not dead matter. It is God’s creation, alive with His intention, and He told humanity to govern it.
We surrendered too much to corrupted rulers
Part of the mess we are living in is that people abdicated responsibility. Instead of governing under God, many handed authority to political systems, corrupt institutions, and manipulated experts. We delegated what God told us to steward.
That does not mean human government has no place. It means it was never meant to replace the governing responsibility of a people who know God.
When wicked systems begin regulating creation itself in ways that choke life, starve people, poison land, or block abundance, they are moving contrary to God’s stated purpose for the earth. He made it to sustain humanity, not to be weaponized against humanity.
Call forth what seems impossible
There was mention of dramatic change in medical and financial systems, along with the possibility of hidden technologies and sweeping shifts. Whether every reported detail proves out exactly as described is not the deepest point. The deeper point is that God is calling His people to stop limiting Him to what current systems allow.
If there are righteous solutions hidden behind corruption, call them forth. If there is healing withheld by profit-driven systems, call it forth. If there is provision trapped behind wicked stewardship, call it forth.
God is not asking His people to become reckless. He is calling them to become bold.
This is how faith starts moving
You start by starting.
You may not begin with commanding weather patterns or confronting national systems. You may begin by speaking life over your home, your body, your land, your children, your work, your church, your region. But start. And then keep going.
Faith grows through use.
God is looking for a people who will live aware of their authority not for one religious hour, but all day long. Driving to school. Going to work. Walking the property. Cooking dinner. Praying over gardens. Addressing sickness. Confronting fear. Blessing children. Calling in provision.
The winds of change are here. But they must be called forth.
A final charge
Do not live another day speaking as if you are merely natural. You were made in the image of a supernatural God. You were placed in a natural environment with delegated authority. That does not make you equal to God, but it does mean He is not mocking you when He tells you to govern, subdue, speak, resist evil, and call forth life.
What kind of God would command you to do what He never enabled you to do?
No. He made you for this. He made the world in an order that reveals this. He told you the truth from the beginning. Now the question is whether you will believe Him enough to open your mouth and speak.
