May 18, 2026. There are moments in history when something shifts in the spirit before it fully manifests in the natural, and I believe America’s rededication was one of those moments. What took place was not just another public gathering, not just another prayer event, and not just another patriotic display. It was a turning point. It was a moment of covenant language, national humility, worship, repentance, and open invitation for God to move. And when God is invited in, He comes.
The weight of the Holy Spirit on this was undeniable. There are times when you can sense a gentle stirring, and then there are times when the presence of God arrives with such force that it leaves you undone. This was the latter. It carried the feel of a divine marker in time. Something was triggered, and I do not say that lightly.
America’s Rededication Was More Than Symbolic
America publicly honoring God matters. It matters because Scripture is clear: “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” That truth is not outdated, and it is not ceremonial. It is covenantal.
When a nation humbles itself, prays, seeks God’s face, turns from wickedness, and invites Him back into the center, heaven responds. That is not wishful thinking. That is biblical order. God has always worked through the pattern of if and then. If My people humble themselves, then I will hear. If they pray, then I will move. If they turn, then I will heal.
That is why this rededication was so important. It was not merely a national event. It was the culmination of years of prayer, intercession, worship, and faithful endurance. It felt like a crescendo, a capstone, a moment where God said, “I have seen it, and I have heard it.”
And I believe what follows that kind of moment is not silence. It is action.
Why Numbers 16 and 17 Matter Right Now
For days, the focus had been on the book of Numbers, especially the account of Korah’s rebellion. At first glance, some may wonder why that matters now. But the connection is actually startling.
Korah’s rebellion was not just a complaint. It was an uprising against God’s appointed order. It was rebellion dressed up as grievance. It challenged the leadership God had established through Moses and Aaron. And God answered it decisively.
First, the rebels rose up. Then the earth swallowed them. Then others grumbled about the judgment. Then more judgment followed. Finally, God gave a sign that would settle the matter once and for all: each tribe brought a staff, a dead piece of wood, and the one belonging to Aaron budded, blossomed, and produced ripe almonds overnight.
That miracle was not random. It was God’s public validation of His chosen man.
That is why Numbers 17 matters. When rebellion rises against appointed leadership, God has a way of answering not only with judgment on rebellion, but with unmistakable confirmation of whom He has chosen.
The Budding Almond as a Sign of Swift Vindication
The almond is deeply significant. In the Hebrew understanding, it carries the sense of watchfulness, alertness, and speed. The almond tree is known for blooming early and quickly. In this biblical picture, that means God is watchful over His word, and when the time comes, He acts swiftly.
A dead stick in the presence of God did three things overnight:
- It budded
- It blossomed
- It produced ripe fruit
That is acceleration. That is divine validation. That is God saying, “This is the one I have chosen, and I will put an end to the complaints.”
I believe that image speaks directly to this present hour in America. There has been constant opposition, murmuring, sabotage, and attempted overthrow surrounding Donald Trump. But when a nation rededicates itself to God and that rededication is aligned with the honoring of His name, the Lord has every right to publicly vindicate what He has ordained.
No weapon formed against God’s purposes will prosper. That does not mean the weapon will not form. It means it will fail.
The Modern Korah Spirit and the Attempt to Overthrow Trump
There is a pattern to rebellion. It often speaks in the language of concern, process, duty, or principle. But underneath it is resistance to what God is doing. In the days of Moses, that spirit manifested through Korah. In this hour, that same spirit is showing up through political betrayal, hidden agendas, and coordinated efforts to remove leadership.
The Treasonous Ten
Just now the story has broken that AT LEAST 11 SENATE RINOS (AND COUNTING) PREPARING TO REMOVE PRESIDENT TRUMP FROM OFFICE IN THE EVENT THAT DEMOCRATS TAKE BACK CONTROL OF CONGRESS IN NOVEMBER, HOPING FOR A SENATE DEMOCRAT "SUPERMAJORITY" - RINO Senate Majority Leader and Trump hater John Thune is reportedly rallying fellow Never Trump so-called "Republicans" in The US Senate to commit and prepare to vote to REMOVE PRESIDENT TRUMP FROM OFFICE
Thune has apparently already convinced 10 of his fellow RINOs in The Senate to go along with this COUP PLOT and is said to be in "active talks" with others in order to try and get the necessary 67 Senators to make this happen. THE TREASONOUS TEN dedicated to overthrowing President Trump reportedly include "Republican" Senators Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul of Kentucky, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, John Cornyn of Texas, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Joni Ernst and Chuck Grassley of Iowa as well as Armed Services Committee Chairman Roger Wicker.
The warning from Numbers is severe. Those who rebelled against God’s order were not merely opposing Moses and Aaron. God said they were opposing Him.
That is a sobering word for anyone plotting against what the Lord has sanctioned. And this is where the rededication of America becomes so significant. If God was openly invited into the nation’s affairs, and if that invitation was made in humility, prayer, worship, and repentance, then those who move to overthrow what He has appointed are setting themselves against more than a political figure. They are stepping into dangerous territory.
I believe we are entering a season where hidden rebellion will be exposed, and where those who have operated as wolves in sheep’s clothing will be revealed. Some who appeared trustworthy will fall. Some seated close to power will be removed. The cabinet doors are going to open. The masks are going to come off. And God’s answer to rebellion will not be vague.
Psalm 33 and the Sound That Breaks Darkness
Psalm 33 framed this entire moment beautifully. It is a psalm of praise, confidence, justice, and national blessing. It tells the righteous to sing for joy. It says God loves justice. It declares that the schemes of nations will be scattered by His breath. It reminds us not to trust in horses, armies, or human strength. And it anchors everything in this one truth: the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him and hope in His steadfast love.
That is where the battle is won. Not in panic. Not in cynicism. Not in endless political analysis. It is won in worship, obedience, and unwavering trust.
One of the strongest takeaways from this hour is that worship is not optional. The Lord is calling weak worshipers, tired worshipers, uncertain worshipers, and bold worshipers alike to lift their voices. Open your mouth. Praise Him. Honor Him. Thank Him. Even if your praise feels small, offer it anyway. God delights in the praise of His people.
And when praise rises from one of the darkest places on earth, darkness cannot overpower it.
A Turning Point for America and a Spillover Into Canada
I am convinced this begins in America, but it does not end there. The same deep corruption embedded in the United States has roots and extensions in Canada as well. The same globalist spirit, the same manipulative networks, the same rebellion against righteousness have worked across borders. But so will the glory.
As justice sweeps through America, it will not stop at the border. The glory is coming to Canada too.
That does not mean every moment ahead will look tidy. In fact, it may get very uncomfortable. Exposure is often messy. Justice can be disruptive. Truth can shake people who were comfortable in illusion. But a shaking is not the absence of God. Sometimes it is the evidence that He has stepped into the room.
I believe Canada is going to experience that spillover. Revival fire. Reformation fire. Exposure. Deliverance. Realignment. A reclaiming of identity under the lordship of Jesus Christ. There is a remnant in this nation that still says, “You are our God, and we are Your people.” That matters.
The Call Now Is Alignment, Not Spectating
This is not the hour to sit back with folded arms and say, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” That posture does not align with faith. God is calling His people to get on the right side of what He is doing.
Here is what that looks like right now:
- Worship even if you do not feel eloquent
- Pray with humility and expectation
- Stand in faith even before visible evidence appears
- Refuse agreement with cynicism
- Stay rooted so you are not shaken when exposure comes
The prayers of the last several years have not been wasted. They have triggered something. The assignment now is not frantic striving. It is fortifying faith, preparing hearts, and staying aligned with the Lord as the seismic shift unfolds.
We are in a momentous May, moving into a summer of surprises. I believe that with all my heart. The same God who answered then answers now. The same God who vindicated Aaron can vindicate His purposes in this hour. The same God who put down Korah’s rebellion can put down every modern uprising against His plans for America and Canada.
He is watchful. He is speedy. And He is not late.
